Who we are

This website, byplata.com, presents byplata — a financial technology product currently in development. It is operated by the byplata team ("we"). For anything related to personal data, contact us at hello@byplata.com.

What we collect and why

Waitlist email address. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We use it for one purpose: to tell you about the launch and availability of byplata. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us. Submissions are delivered to us through a form-processing provider and stored in our mailbox and waitlist records until launch communication is complete or you ask us to delete your address, whichever comes first.

Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand aggregate visits to this website (pages viewed, referrers, country-level location). This data is aggregated and cannot be used by us to identify you.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Waitlist submissions pass through our form-processing provider acting as a processor; analytics are provided by our hosting/analytics provider in aggregate form. We may disclose information where required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@byplata.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Changes

We will update this policy as the product develops — for example, when a customer application process opens. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
